Ishimbayev
Dmitriy started this firm in 2015 to help small businesses and startups in New York and New Jersey. While running a retail business prior to starting his legal career, Dmitriy experienced first-hand the inefficiencies of traditional legal industry and decided to create a different type of law firm - a law firm that cares about the growth and success of its clients and provides cost-effective solutions based on clients' needs. Having experience working from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies, Dmitriy has an understanding what a business needs at every stage of its growth. Dmitriy is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Bartlomiej Milewski
Bartłomiej Milewski moved to the United States from Poland after graduating from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the University of Warsaw. He graduated from Ave Maria University in Florida with BA in Politics and completed a J.D. at Ave Maria School of Law. While at school, he interned in the legal department of a global provider of IT solutions and services; he also devoted his time to pro bono work assisting undocumented individuals in underserved rural areas of Florida. Bartłomiej specialises in law relating to corporate governance, compliance, securities regulations, and intellectual property; he is licensed to practice law in New York.
Paul Feranoli
Since joining ILF, Paul has shown strong transactional skills in commercial/corporate law, healthcare, finance and insurance. His clients have been impressed with his speed, attention to detail and clear communication. Before pursuing his legal career, Paul played football in the NFL and operated a health and fitness business. His real world experience gives him a unique perspective and insight into his clients’ businesses, offering a blend of legal experience and business strategy. Paul holds a bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Paul is licensed to practice law in Connecticut.
Ervin Sokhtayev
Ervin Sokhtayev is a paralegal who has been a recent addition to our firm’s team. He assists our attorneys in drafting of corporate documents and in business licensing matters. He is a graduate of CUNY Hunter College and an aspiring lawyer.
